സന്യാസിമാർ വീട്ടിലെത്തുമ്പോൾ ആശ്രമ സ്ത്രീകളുമായി രമിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ശിവനെയാണ് കണ്ടത് നീ ഒരാശ്രമത്തിൽ കാണിക്കാൻ പാടില്ലാത്ത കാര്യമാണ് ചെയ്തത് നിന്റെ ലിംഗം ശരീരത്തിൽ നിന്ന് അടർന്നു പോവട്ടെ രോഷത്തോടെ സന്യാസിമാർ ശപിച്ചു

സ്വന്തം മകളെ പ്രാപിക്കാന്‍ മാനിന്റെ വേഷം ധരിച്ചു പിന്നാലെ കൂടിയ ബ്രഹ്മാവ്‌ .... സ്വന്തം മകള്‍ തന്നെയായ സതരൂപയെ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ച് സദാചാരമാതൃക കാണിച്ചു തന്നതും ബ്രഹ്മാവ്‌... ബ്രഹ്മാവിന്റെ മകനായ മനു വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചത് സ്വന്തം അമ്മയായ ശാരദയെ ....
ബ്രഹ്മാവിന്റെ മറ്റൊരു മകനായ സ്വയംഭുമരു വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചത് സ്വന്തം സഹോദരി സതര്‍പയെ ...
ഭാര്യ അറിയാതിരിക്കാന്‍ സെറ്റപ്പായ ഗംഗയെ ശിരസ്സില്‍ ഒളിപ്പിച്ച ശിവന്‍ .... പെണ് വേഷം കെട്ടിയ വിഷ്ണുവിനെ പോലെ വെറുതെ വിടാതെ തുടയില്‍ ഗര്‍ഭം ഉണ്ടാക്കിയതും ശിവന്‍ .....
തന്നെ ആരാധിക്കാന്‍ കൈലാസത്തില്‍ എത്തിയ മതുര എന്നാ യുവതിയെ പാര്‍വതി ഇല്ലാത്ത നേരത്ത് പീഡിപ്പിച്ചതും ശിവന്‍ ( പാര്‍വതി ആ പെണ്കൊച്ചിനെ ശപിച്ചു തവള ആക്കി )....
ഋഷി ഗൌതമന്റെ ഭാര്യ അഹല്യയെ റേപ്പ് ചെയ്ത ഇന്ദ്രന്‍ .. സ്ത്രീ വേഷത്തില്‍ ദേവലോകത്ത്‌ എത്തിയ വരുണനെ സ്വവര്‍ഗ്ഗഭോഗത്തിന് ഇരയക്കിയതും ഇന്ദ്രന്‍ തന്നെ ..അതില്‍ ഉണ്ടായത് ആണ് ബാലി ഭര്‍തൃമതി യായ കുന്തിക് അര്‍ജുനന്‍ എന്ന മകനെ ഉണ്ടാകി കൊടുത്തതും ഇന്ദ്രന്‍ ....
മാനുമായി മൃഗ ഭോഗം ചെയ്ത വിഭന്ധികമുനി ( ഋഷ്യശ്രങ്ങന്റെ പിതാവ് ) ... ദേവഗുരു ബൃസ്പതിയുടെ ഭാര്യയെയുമായി ഒളിചോടി ഉണിയെ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ ചന്ദ്ര൯. ആ കുഞ്ഞാണ് ബുധ൯..... സ്വന്തം ചേട്ടന്റെ ഭാര്യയെ , അതും ഗ൪ഭിണിയായ സ്ത്രീയെ റേപ് ചെയ്ത് ആളാണ് ദേവ൯മാരുടെ കുരു ബൃഹസ്പതി..
ഇത് ചോദ്യം ചെയ്ത ഗ൪ഭസ്ഥശിശുവിനെ അങ്ങരു ശപിച്ചു അന്ധനാക്കി എഴുതിയാലും എഴുതിയാലും തീരാത്ത സദാചാര മര്യാദകള്‍ നിറഞ്ഞതാണ്‌... ഇനിയും ഉണ്ട് കൂടുതൽ പറയിപ്പിക്കരുത്
എന്താണ് ഹിന്ദു ഗ്രന്ഥം
പറയുന്നത്
“ പൂർണ്ണ മനഃസമാധാനത്തോടെ ഒരു ബ്രാഹ്മണന് ശൂദ്രൻറെ വസ്തുവഹകൾ കൈവശം വെക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.കാരണം ശൂദ്രൻ അവൻറേതായി ഒന്നും ഉണ്ടാകാൻ പാടില്ല.അവൻറെ ധനം അവൻറെ യജമാനന് എടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ് (അധ്യായം VII സൂക്തം:417) ”
“ കഴിവുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ പോലും ശൂദ്രൻ ധനം സമ്പാദിച്ച് വെക്കാൻ പാടില്ല. കാരണം ശൂദ്രൻ ധനം സമ്പാദിച്ച് വെക്കുന്നതുതന്നെ ബ്രാഹ്മണനെ മുറിപ്പെടുത്തും.(അധ്യായം X സൂകതം:129) ”
“ ബ്രാഹ്മണ പുരോഹിതന്മാരോട് അവരുടെ ചുമതലയെ കുറിച്ച് ഗർവോട്കൂടി ഒരു ശൂദ്രൻ ഉപദേശം നൽകിയാൽ രാജാവ് അവൻറെ വായിലേക്കും ചെവികളിലേക്കും തിളപ്പിച്ച എണ്ണ ഒഴിക്കാൻ കല്പ്പിക്കണം.(അധ്യായം VIII സൂക്തം:272) ”
“ ശൂദ്രൻറെ സമ്പത്ത് നായകളും കുരങ്ങുകളുമായിതീരും. ശൂദ്രൻറെ വസ്ത്രം മൃതദേഹത്തിൻറെ പുടവകളായിത്തീരും.അവർ ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കുന്നത് പൊട്ടിയ പാത്രങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നായിരിക്കും.കറുത്തിരുമ്പായിരിക്കും അവരുടെ ആഭരണങ്ങൾ.അവർ ഒരിടത്ത് നിന്ന് മറ്റൊരിടത്തേക്ക് എപ്പോയും അലഞ്ഞ് കൊണ്ടിരിക്കും.(അധ്യായം X സൂക്തം:52 ) ”
“ ശൂദ്രരെയും, വൈശ്യരെയും, ക്ഷത്രിയരേയും നിരീശ്വര വിശ്വാസികളെയും കൊല്ലുന്നത് പ്പോലെ സ്ത്രീകളെയും കൊല്ലുന്ന ലഘുവായ കുറ്റമേ ആകുന്നുള്ളൂ (ഉപപാഠക XI സൂക്തം:67
അർജുൻ ഇന്ദ്ര മോദി വരെ ശിശു വിവാഹം ചെയ്തു ഭോഗിച്ചു മുങ്ങിയ ആളെല്ലേ,ലോകത്ത് ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ ശിശു വിവാഹം നടക്കുന്നത് 16008 കെട്ടിയ ആൾ കയ്പ്പ് തീരാതെ ചെറിയ കുട്ടിയെയും പീഡിപ്പിക്കുന്നു...
കൃഷ്ണൻ രുക്മണിയെ കല്യാണം കഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ , അവൾ പൂർണമായി വളർന്നിട്ടില്ല , പ്രായപൂർത്തി കഴിഞ്ഞതേ ഉള്ളു
Brahma Vaivarta Purana, Krishna Janma Khanda 112.1-10 ”…Lord Krisna beheld the smiling Rukmini in the prime of her youth lying down with great pleasure on a bed adorned with gems. She was not yet fully developed and had just attained puberty. She had just ceased to be a newly married bride…Rukmini, the daughter of

ഭാഗവതം പറയുന്നു പ്രായപൂർത്തി ആയിട്ടില്ല എന്ന്
”After the worship Rukmini took part of the offerings she had made to the goddess, as a token of the goddess’s blessings. She then left the temple and was walking towards the waiting chariot. ഒരു പെൺകുട്ടിയെ പ്രായപൂർത്തിക് മുൻപ് കല്യാണം കഴിച്ചു കൊടുക്കണം
Gautama Sutra 18.21 A girl should be given in marriage before (she attains the age of) puberty. 22.He who neglects it, commits sin .23.Some (declare, that a girl shall be given in marriage) before she wears clothes.
Manu Smriti 9.88 To a distinguished, handsome suitor (of) equal (caste) should (a father) give his daughter in accordance with the prescribed rule, though she have not attained (the proper age).

ശിശുക്കൾ ആകുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ കല്യാണം
Baudhayana Dharmashastra, Prasna 4, Adhyaya 1.11 Let him give his daughter, while she still goes naked, to a man who has not broken the vow of chastity and who possesses good qualities, or even to one destitute of good qualities; let him not keep (the maiden) in (his house) after she has reached the age of puberty”
Vasishtha Dharmashastra 17.70 ‘Out of fear of the appearance of the menses let the father marry his daughter while she still runs about naked. For if she stays (in the house) after the age of puberty, sin falls on the father”
